Pasta has remained to be my all-time favorite Italian dish. I learned to love it even more when I discovered this Italian restaurant in Cebu (La Tegola / Idea Italia) that serves authentic Italian dishes - their ingredients come all the way from Italy - at super cheap prices (Think P200).
